Mikkeli social and health centre

The Mikkeli social and health centre offers municipal primary health and social care services.
Doctors' and nurses' appointment services deal with the monitoring of long-term illnesses and offer support with the self-management of health, as well as short-term health problems and preventive care.

Clients’ health problems are solved according to individual needs and with the help of a broad variety of professionals. Nutrition therapy, podiatry and physiotherapy services as well as mental health services are also available at the centre. The nurses at the centre provide vaccinations to adults.

The social and health station also offers primary health care ward treatment.
The presential rehabilitation department offers treatment to patients in need of short-term ward treatment and hospice patients.
