Administrative regulations
The structure of the administrative regulations of the South Savo Wellbeing Services County is essentially defined in section 95 of the Act on Wellbeing Services Counties. The administrative regulations define the management system, institutions and division of tasks and powers between different institutions. Institutions and office holders can delegate their authority specified in the administrative regulations to a third authority.
The administrative regulations also include provisions on matters related to the organisation of administration and operations and define the wellbeing services county’s institutional and administrative structure, as well as the allocation of powers and responsibilities within it. In addition, the administrative regulations contain the basis for the financial entitlements of elected officials, i.e., remuneration regulations.
The administrative regulations are a central management tool for the administration and operation of the wellbeing services county, and they facilitate the implementation of the integration goals set in relation to the wellbeing services county reform, as well as overall management.
