The county executive is responsible for preparing, implementing and monitoring the legality of the county council’s decisions. The county executive manages the operations, administration and finances of the wellbeing services county. The county executive is responsible for coordinating the activities of the wellbeing services county, the availability and accessibility of services, corporate governance, personnel policy, and organising internal supervision, risk management and contract management. The county executive is also responsible for organising internal audits. The chief executive of the wellbeing services county acts as the rapporteur of the county executive.
