You can contact customer guidance for families with children, i.e. Perheneuvo, if you have any worries related to your child, a young person, or your family, or you don’t know who to contact and you feel that your family needs support. We can discuss together the best ways to help you and your family.
Perheneuvo offers advice and guidance and, if necessary, organises different services based on your family’s needs. Perheneuvo provides support to families with children in various life situations.
Please contact us if you have any questions related to family life, you need support in smaller everyday challenges, or you would like to receive information about, for example, events and activities offered by the family centre network of the Eloisa area!

For whom / what terms
Children, young people and parents can call Perheneuvo. Perheneuvo serves families with children who have at least one child under the age of 18. Perheneuvo is a free and voluntary service.
Professionals are also welcome to contact Perheneuvo with any questions about social services for families with children.
