Integration services operate in the entire Eloisa area and they are aimed at quota refugees, asylum seekers with a residence permit, asylum seekers who have been placed in the municipality based on temporary protection, and other immigrants depending on their service needs.
The purpose of the service is to support the integration of immigrants, achieve equality and inclusion, and increase well-being and health.
Offered support includes tailored services that promote integration:
- social guidance
- social work
- family work that promotes integration
- implementing multidisciplinary and integration service needs assessments, drawing up multidisciplinary integration plans and monitoring them together with the municipality and the immigrants themselves
Low-threshold services include guidance and advice, group activities and consultation related to promoting integration.

OmaEloisa is a digital service platform that provides access to Eloisa’s services regardless of your location.
You can use OmaEloisa either through a web browser on your computer or by downloading the OmaEloisa mobile app to your phone or tablet. We recommend using the mobile app.
With OmaEloisa, you can:
- Use the chat service to talk with a professional in real time.
- Send contact requests.
- Attend video appointments with Eloisa professionals.
- Book health service appointments electronically.
- Fill out health-related questionnaires and forms.
- Use guided digital service paths.
- View your personal health information, such as appointments and visit records.
